Club Champs Session 4 is on Monday 20th April at Herons Leisure Centre. No regular Club Training Session will run on the Monday 20th April for Junior nor Senior Squads whilst our Club Champs Session 4 run. Sign-In for all Lanes 1-9 opens at 5.45pm and closes at 6.10pm. There is just one Event, the 200m Freestyle Event which is for Lanes 1 to 9 inclusive. Lane 10 are not eligible to take part in this Event/ Session but are welcome to watch from the balcony viewing area accompanied by their parent(s)/carer(s). - 18 Mar 2026No Club Training over Easter Bank Holiday Weekend
We will have a short break over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend. There will be no Club training sessions on Good Friday 3rd April; Easter Sunday 5th April nor Easter Monday 6th April 2026. Senior Herons Squad training will resume on Tuesday 7th April, and onwards. Junior Herons Squad resumes on Thursday 9th April and onwards. Masters resumes on Sunday 12th April and onwards. TONIGHTS (Tuesday 17th March) CLUB CHAMPS SESSION IS POSTPONED - SENIORS TRAINING ONLY WILL BE RUNNING We have taken the decision to postpone our scheduled Club Champs Session tonight, and run regular Seniors Training only tonight, as a precautionary measure in the light of the current meningitus cases in the Kent area. Tuesday 17th March (tonight's) Club Champs Session for the 200m IM Event is cancelled and will be rescheduled. Senior Squad Training only will be running at Whitstable Swimming Pool tonight (Tuesday 17th March). Please ensure you are aware of the symptoms (see NHS link): https://www.kentandmedway.icb.nhs.uk/news/meningitis-outbreak-in-the-canterbury-area-4187 Should your swimmer, or any family member/ close contact, exhibit any symptoms please seek immediate appropriate assistance and do not attend any Club sessions.
