Club Champs Session 8 is on Friday 5th June at Herons Swimming Pool. No regular Junior Squad nor Senior Squad Training Sessions will run on the Friday 5th June for Junior nor Senior Squad whilst our Club Champs Session 8 runs. Sign-In for Lanes 1-9 plus Invites opens at 5.45pm and closes at 6.10pm. There are TWO Events (100m Breaststroke plus 100m Backstroke) for Lanes 1 to 8. For Lane 9 plus any Invites there is just ONE Event, the 100m Backstroke Event only, which is for Lane 9. For Lanes 6-10 there is just ONE Event, the 50m Backstroke Event only. Sign-In for Lanes 1-7 inclusive opens at 6.30pm and closes at 6.55pm. There is just one Event, the 200m Individual Medley (IM) Event which is for Lanes 1 to 7 inclusive.
