Kent County Champs 2019 - Weekend Two 27 Jan 2019

Well done to our swimmers who competed in their 1500m; 400m and IM Events at London Crystal Palace last weekend! Last weekend saw the return again for Weekend Two to the 2019 Kents for Alyssa K; Kayla DV; and Marcus. Well done on your successful swims. Kent swimming is very fast!

Our 10 Year Olds Girls 50m Backstroke Club Record reset yet again by Kayla in just 37.15 seconds at East Invicta Champs 2018 Finals, knocking down her own Club Record that was only set last week by Kayla! Keep going Kayla...... a few more galas to go this year and to keep breaking that same event!!!

10 Year Olds Girls 50m Backstroke Club Record reset already by Kayla in just 37.22 seconds knocking down her own Club Record that was only set a month ago by Kayla! Way to go Kayla!!!

Georgia secures yet another Club Record!!! 05 Nov 2018

Another new Club Record set this time in the Ladies Open Age Group 100m Individual Medley Club Record, claimed in just 1:09.72 minutes by Georgia at our Club Championships this year on knocking the old Club Record set over a decade ago. Well done Georgia!

Unfortunately, there will be no training for Senior Squad tonight due to an earlier issue this afternoon at Whitstable Swimming Pool. Normal training resumes on Thursday for both Junior and Senior Squad. We are sorry we cannot run any training tonight.

The Club will have a fortnight break in the school summer holidays when no training sessions will be running. Last Club training sessions will be on Sunday 3rd August. We will have no Club Training from Monday 4th August to Sunday 17th August 2025 inclusive. All training sessions will be back running again from Monday 18th August and onwards. Enjoy the summer break!

Session 10 in our series of Club Championships Sessions for 2025. Session 10 is for Lanes 1 to 10 (who have previously accepted their Invite by the Closing Date for Entries) and is on Friday 11th July at Herons. Acceptances will be sent out by email to everyone. Reminders will also be emailed out to advise there is no Junior nor Senior Squad training on the Friday 11th July due to Club Champs. Session 10 should be a fantastic session and opportunity for our Lanes 1-10, to gain racing experience in a familiar setting, and to gain a first time or new PB in their 200m Breaststroke and 50m Freestyle Events. Session 10 is Licensed as a Level 4 competition, so any early qualifying times could be bagged for next years Kent County Champs. No regular Junior nor Senior Squad Training will run on Friday 11th July 2025 if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s). Non-participant Club members who wish to support their team mates are of course more than welcome to watch the Session on Friday 11th July from the viewing area. Good luck to all our swimmers!!
