Senior Herons Squad training sessions held at Herons are all back to normal training times wef Thursday 8th Sept and onwards - 7pm-9.05pm plus the optional extra half hour. Juniors swimmers who are in the Preparing for Transition programme and who have invited to the extra half hour with the Senior Sqaud are back on as normal too.
Senior Squad Training cancelled due to lighting issues at Herons. (Juniors Session is running as normal 6-7.05pm)
The last Wednesday Senior Squad Session was on 31st August 2022. We now have training on Tuesdays instead for Senior Squad at Whitstable Pool 7.00pm to 9.30pm. First Tuesday night is on 6th September 2022 and every Tuesday thereafter.
Senior Herons will finish at 8.30pm Thurs 1st September at the Herons Pool. (Juniors to remain normal times).
Club Training for FRIDAY 2nd September only moves to WHITSTABLE SWIMING POOL for this Friday. Junior Squad to start at 6.30pm-7.30pm at Whitstable Swimming Pool. Senior Squad 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Whitstable.
Next weekend on Sunday 11th September only, the Swim Lanes 6 to 10 inclusive will start and finish 30 minutes later than normal, with a start time of 4.30pm on Sunday 11th September and finish time of 30 minutes later than normal so training duration is the same (Small Pool times are unaltered): Lanes 9 and 10 - Start Time 4.30pm (Finish Time 6.00pm) for 11th Sept only; Lane 8 - Start Time 4.30pm (Finish Time 6.30pm) for 11th Sept only; Lanes 6 and 7 - Start Time 4.30pm (Finish Time 7.00pm) for 11th Sept only; Small Pool - Unchanged Start Time of 4.30pm (Finish Time 5.30pm) The later start and later finish times on the Sunday 11th September only is due to an essential training course being attended by many of our volunteer coaches during the daytime. Sunday 4th September training times are not affected.
Tonight’s (Friday 26th Aug) Senior Squad Session will finish early at 8.30pm. We are very sorry, but due to poor lighting at the Heron’s swimming pool we have to finish up earlier than normal. Parents/ carers please ensure your swimmer(s) is collected for the earlier 8.30pm finish time tonight.
