Club Champs - Monday 20th June Herons 16 Jun 2022

Our Club Champs Session Six on Monday 20th June at Herons Swimming Pool. These are great team building events for our Club swimmers only to gain competition experience and new PBs, as well as some first time PBs in some Events too. This Session of our Club Champs is the 200m Freestyle Event which is for our swimmers in Lanes 1-8 inclusive only. Good luck to all our Junior & Senior Herons Squad swimmers competing in their Events! We are looking forward to a great night on the Monday!

No Club Training on Mon 20th June due to Club Champs 16 Jun 2022

Due to Club Champs on Monday 20th June no Junior nor Seniors Training Sessions will be running as our Club Champs Session Six will be held instead. Only Lanes 1-8 from our Junior & Senior Herons Squad participants in the Club Champs Session Six Event (200 Free) should attend on Monday 20th June.

Club Champs - Wednesday 15th June - Whitstable 14 Jun 2022

Our Club Champs Session Five is on WEDNESDAY 15th June at Whitstable Swimming Pool. These are great team building events for our Club swimmers only to gain competition experience and new PBs, as well as some first time PBs in some Events too. This Session of our Club Champs is the 100m Back & 200m Butterfly Events. This Session is for our Junior Herons Squad Lanes 6&7 and Senior Herons Squad swimmers only (200m Fly is for Senior Squad only). Good luck to all our swimmers competing in their Events! We are looking forward to another great night on the Wednesday!

Our Club Champs are back in full swing with Session Four on Monday 13th June at Herons Swimming Pool. This Session of our Club Champs is the 50m Back & 100m Individual Medley Events which are for our Junior Herons Squad and Senior Herons Squad swimmers only (100IM is subject to swim lane). Please don't let your child miss out - accepting entry is really easy you just need to click YES on the email link sent to you on Sunday, or from Wednesday.

Unfortunately, there will be no training for Senior Squad tonight due to an earlier issue this afternoon at Whitstable Swimming Pool. Normal training resumes on Thursday for both Junior and Senior Squad. We are sorry we cannot run any training tonight.

25 Jul 2025Club Summer Break - 4th Aug to 17th Aug 2025 (incl)
The Club will have a fortnight break in the school summer holidays when no training sessions will be running. Last Club training sessions will be on Sunday 3rd August. We will have no Club Training from Monday 4th August to Sunday 17th August 2025 inclusive. All training sessions will be back running again from Monday 18th August and onwards. Enjoy the summer break!

Session 10 is for Lanes 1 to 10 (who have previously accepted their Invite by the Closing Date for Entries) and is on Friday 11th July at Herons. Acceptances will be sent out by email to everyone. Reminders will also be emailed out to advise there is no Junior nor Senior Squad training on the Friday 11th July due to Club Champs. Session 10 should be a fantastic session and opportunity for our Lanes 1-10, to gain racing experience in a familiar setting, and to gain a first time or new PB in their 200m Breaststroke and 50m Freestyle Events. Session 10 is Licensed as a Level 4 competition, so any early qualifying times could be bagged for next years Kent County Champs. No regular Junior nor Senior Squad Training will run on Friday 11th July 2025 if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s). Non-participant Club members who wish to support their team mates are of course more than welcome to watch the Session on Friday 11th July from the viewing area. Good luck to all our swimmers!!
