Easter Break 2025 - No Training on Good Friday; Easter Sunday and Easter Monday 08 Apr 2025
There will be no Club training sessions running for Junior Herons Squad; nor Senior Herons Squad; nor the Masters group over the Easter weekend (from Good Friday 18th April to Easter Monday 21st April 2025 inclusive). Thursday 17th April will be the last training session before Easter for both Junior and Senior Herons Squads. Senior Squad training will resume on Tuesday 22nd April, and onwards. Junior Squad resumes on Thursday 24th April and onwards. Masters is back on Wednesday 23rd April. Enjoy the Easter break!

Friday 14th March 2025-Club Champs–Session 3 (200m IM) 10 Mar 2025
Session 3 in our series of Club Championships Sessions for 2025. Session 3 is for Lanes 1 to 6 plus Invites and is on Friday 14th March at Herons. Acceptances have all been sent out by email to everyone. Reminders have also been emailed out to advise there is no Senior Squad training on the Friday 14th March due to Club Champs. (Junior Squad Training only will still run as normal.) Session 3 should be a fantastic session and opportunity for our Lanes 1-6 to gain racing experience in a familiar setting, and to gain a first time or new PB in their 200m IM. Session 3 is Licensed as a Level 4 competition, so any early qualifying times could be bagged for next years Kent County Champs. No regular Senior Squad Training will run on Friday 14th March 2025 if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s). Non-participant Club members who wish to support their team mates are of course more than welcome to watch the Session on Friday 14th March from the viewing area. Good luck to all our swimmers!!

Sunday 9th March 2025 - No Junior nor Senior Squad Training 06 Mar 2025
Due to our Club members participation across two galas this weekend, we will not be running any training for our Junior Herons Squad nor our Senior Herons Squad members. Masters Squad training only will be running as normal. Good luck to all our swimmers at the Bromely Spring Regional Qualifer being held at Dover Pool on the Sunday, and to our Senior Squad who are competing at the long course (50m) pool at Wycombe over the course of this weekend.
ALL TONIGHT’S (Thursday 6th March 2025) SESSIONS ARE CANCELLED 06 Mar 2025
We are very sorry all tonight’s training sessions (Thursday 6th March 2025) for BOTH our Junior and Senior Herons Squads are cancelled due to an issue at the Herons Pool. We cannot run any training sessions tonight. Please accept our apologies for the lack of training tonight for both Juniors and Seniors. Regular training will run at Herons on Friday for both Squads. Once again, we are really sorry for the disruption to training.
