REMINDER - 5 Days Left To Sign-Up For Entry To Our CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023 23 Feb 2023

A reminder about our Club Champs Sessions Closing Date has been sent to the last 18 swimmers yet to accept their Invite to our Club Champs Sessions. Closing Date to accept your Invite is just five days away! Please don’t let your swimmer miss out, as our Club Champs Sessions start next week. Please accept your Invite and the Conditions via the link in your email as soon as possible and before the Closing Date of midnight Tuesday 28th February 2023. If you do not accept the Invite and Conditions by 28th February 2023 your swimmer will NOT be able to attend any of the Club Champs Sessions. Please don’t save up your questions until the last moment! Any queries please email in as soon as possible

Invites for our Club Champs have been sent out. Please ensure that you accept your invite via the On-Line link sent with your email (one email per swimmer, so siblings must accept their personal named invite please!). Closing Date is 28th Feb 2023 for accepting your Invite. Don't miss out - our Club Champs Sessions are great team sessions and a start to building swim times in a familiar setting with your swim friends.

Thursdays Juniors - New Start Time of 6.15pm 01 Feb 2023

Don't forget Thursdays Juniors start and finish times are changing starting on Thursday 2nd February to 6.15pm to 7.15pm. Juniors - Please be ready to go poolside just before 6.15pm to start our Thursday Session promptly. (All other Junior Herons Session times remain the same and are unchanged.)

Thursdays Senior Squads - New Start and Finish Times 7.15pm to 9.15pm 01 Feb 2023

Don't forget Thursdays Senior Squad Training start and finish times are changing starting on Thursday 2nd February to 7.15pm to 9.15pm. All Thursdays Senior Squad will finish at the same time of 9.15pm.

Club Training Sessions restart in New Year on Tuesday 3rd Jan 2023 31 Dec 2022

Club training sessions resume on Tuesday 3rd Jan 2023 at Whitstable for Senior Squad. Juniors (and Senior Squad) back on Thursday 5th Jan at Herons, Herne Bay.

Christmas Training for Lanes 1-6 inclusive on 29th & 30 Dec 27 Dec 2022

Between Christmas and the New Year we shall be running two training sessions for Senior Squad (Lanes 1-5 inclusive) plus Lane 6 only of Junior Squad as a combined training session on both Thursday 29th and Friday 30th December at Herons; Herne Bay at 2pm - 4pm. Unfortunately, no swimmers in Lanes 7- 10 of Junior Squad should attend these sessions.

Last Club Training Session is Friday 23rd December before Christmas holidays 22 Dec 2022

Last training session before Christmas is on Friday 23rd Dec 2022 for both Junior and Senior Herons Squads. Senior Herons Squad will finish at 9.00pm on the Friday 23rd Dec.

Unfortunately, there will be no training for Senior Squad tonight due to an earlier issue this afternoon at Whitstable Swimming Pool. Normal training resumes on Thursday for both Junior and Senior Squad. We are sorry we cannot run any training tonight.

The Club will have a fortnight break in the school summer holidays when no training sessions will be running. Last Club training sessions will be on Sunday 3rd August. We will have no Club Training from Monday 4th August to Sunday 17th August 2025 inclusive. All training sessions will be back running again from Monday 18th August and onwards. Enjoy the summer break!

Session 10 in our series of Club Championships Sessions for 2025. Session 10 is for Lanes 1 to 10 (who have previously accepted their Invite by the Closing Date for Entries) and is on Friday 11th July at Herons. Acceptances will be sent out by email to everyone. Reminders will also be emailed out to advise there is no Junior nor Senior Squad training on the Friday 11th July due to Club Champs. Session 10 should be a fantastic session and opportunity for our Lanes 1-10, to gain racing experience in a familiar setting, and to gain a first time or new PB in their 200m Breaststroke and 50m Freestyle Events. Session 10 is Licensed as a Level 4 competition, so any early qualifying times could be bagged for next years Kent County Champs. No regular Junior nor Senior Squad Training will run on Friday 11th July 2025 if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s). Non-participant Club members who wish to support their team mates are of course more than welcome to watch the Session on Friday 11th July from the viewing area. Good luck to all our swimmers!!

Reminders will also be emailed out to advise there is no Junior nor Senior Squad training on the Monday 14th July due to Club Champs. Session 11 should be a fantastic session and opportunity for our Lanes 1-10, to gain racing experience in a familiar setting, and to gain a first time or new PB in their 100m Individual Medley and 100m Freestyle Events. Session 11 is Licensed as a Level 4 competition, so any early qualifying times could be bagged for next years Kent County Champs. No regular Junior nor Senior Squad Training will run on Monday 14th July 2025 if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s). Non-participant Club members who wish to support their team mates are of course more than welcome to watch the Session on Monday 14th July from the viewing area. Good luck to all our swimmers!!
