Welcome back everyone! We hope you've all enjoyed the fortnight break and are fully rested! We resume normal Club training tonight (Monday 21st Aug) and onwards for both our Junior and Senior Herons Squads at Herons Pool. We look forward to seeing our swimmers back at training.
Our last training session before our fortnight Summer break is on Sunday 6th August 2023. There will be no Club training between Monday 7th and Sunday 20th August 2023 inclusive. Enjoy the break and we look forward to seeing everyone back after some much deserved R&R! We return back to normal Club training on Monday 21st August 2023.
We are very sorry all tonight’s training sessions (Thursday 20th July 2023) for BOTH our Junior and Senior Herons Squads are cancelled. Emails have been sent out to all Club swimmers.
Thank you to all the parents/ carers who brought their swimmers to the pool last weekend to our Open Session on Sunday 2nd July. We had a fantastic turnout with lots of swimmers trying out last weekend. We have sent an email to every attendee. If you attended and have not received an email from us please do check your spam folder just in case our email(s) have landed in there. It's the last Session of Club Champs for 2023!!!! We are hoping for a cracking finish for the year and one more opportunity to gain those new PBs as well show off those skills you've been acquiring to your parents/ carers! It is for the 200m Breaststroke and 50m Freestyle Events only for Lanes 1-10 inclusive for all Senior Squad and all Junior Squad swimmers (Lanes 1-10 only) who have accepted their Club Champs Invite. The Accepted Entries for the 200m Breaststroke and 50m Freestyle Events have been circulated by Club Email. No regular Club Training Session will run on Friday 7th July if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s). Non-participant Club members who wish to support their team mates in their 200m Breaststroke and 50m Freestyle Events are of course more than welcome to watch the Session on Friday 7th July.
