Herne Bay Swim Club Sprints Extravaganza Gala on Saturday 5th October 2019 at
Kingsmead Swimming Pool.
Thank you for the fantastic support for our forthcoming gala. We have received a high level of entries to our meet next weekend and we’re looking forward to some very fast swimming from all the attending clubs.
We have accepted ALL ENTRIES without any rejections. However, to accommodate everyone, we have had to modify the Programme. All accepted entries and details have been issued to Clubs yesterday. Please check carefully your entries and Sessions.
Please note carefully the change of Event 6: Boys 100 Breaststroke, plus Event 5: Girls 100 Fly which are now both moved into Session 2 AND a small change to the running order of Events.
This alteration was made to enable everyone’s entries to be accepted and to keep Session times within acceptable limits.
There will be a short break in Session 2 after Events 9;10;6 and 5. After this break the remaining Events in Session 2 will run as originally programmed. The break has also been scheduled to allow any swimmers in both Boys Events 9 (100Free) and 6 (100 Brs) or Girls Events 10 (100 Back) & 5 (100 Fly) scope for recovery between these Events.
