Friday 21st June 2024 - Club Champs Session 8 (100m Backstroke & 100m IM) - No Club Training. Our Club Champs 2024 Session 8 is for Lanes 1-9 (plus invites) and is on Friday 21st June at Herons Swimming Pool, Herne Bay. Acceptances have all been sent out by email to everyone. Reminders have also been emailed out to advise there is no training on the 21st June due to Club Champs. Session 8 will be a fantastic opportunity for Lanes 1-9 (plus invites) to gain racing experience in a familiar setting and to gain a first time or new PB in their 100m Backstroke and 100m IM Events. The Session 8 is for Lanes 1-9 inclusive (plus a few Lane 10 invites) . The Session 8 is Licensed as a Level 4 competition, so any early qualifying times could be bagged for next years Kent County Champs. No regular Club Training will run on Friday 21st June 2024 if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s). Non-participant Club members who wish to support their team mates are of course more than welcome to watch the Session on Friday 21st June from the Herons Balcony viewing area.

The Session 4 is for Lanes 1-6 inclusive plus a few invites from Lane 7. The Session 4 is Licensed as a Level 4 competition, so any early qualifying times could be bagged for next years Kent County Champs. No regular Senior Training will run on Tuesday 23rd April 2024 if you are not participating in this Session's Event(s).
